Lead Packer​/Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records using the computer-based system.
• Record pallets, bad products, part pallets, and weight check data.
• Pack products to specified standards.
• Ensure adherence to packing specifications.
• Regularly inspect products for quality.
• Notify relevant team members of any issues.
• Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with the setter for workspace organization.
• Follow company rules and procedures.
• Undergo necessary training.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Work well within a team.
• Be adaptable to changes.
• Complete required training.

• Previous supervisory or Lead Packer experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of computerized recording systems.
• Commitment to quality and hygiene standards.
• Effective communication skills.
