About the role
ECHO Personnel is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join our client’s dynamic team in Corby. The client is a leading provider of sustainable packaging solutions for various sectors, including food and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor machinery to assemble, pack, and seal products efficiently
- Set up machines and adjust settings to meet production requirements
- Inspect products for quality assurance before dispatch
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work area
- Assist with other general factory duties as needed
- Previous experience in a factory or packaging environment preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills, including machine operation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards
- Physically fit and able to lift and move products and pallets
- Flexible and able to work 2 rotating shifts (6am–1:30pm / 1:30pm–9pm)
- A positive attitude and strong team‑player mentality
2 rotating shifts: 06:00 – 13:30 and 13:30 – 21:00 (rotating on a weekly basis).
Pay Rate£16.15 per hour.
