Location: BCA Corby, Baird Road, Corby, NN17 5ZA

Rate of Pay: £16.00-£17.00 per hour (based on experience), PAYE plus holiday pay

Hours/Days: 06:00-16:00 Monday to Friday

Estimated weekly pay (40 hours): £680

Expected annual earnings: £35,360

• Carry out polishing of new painted panels, ensuring all dirt inclusions are removed and the overall finish matches the original factory finish
• Remove scratches and correct minor paint work
• Ensure that all company documentation is accurately completed and all company procedures are followed
• Plan and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure workshop efficiency
• Train new staff when required

• Previous experience in a similar role (essential)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Willing to support junior techs and offer support/expertise when needed
• Passionate about working within the motor industry and taking pride in work to the highest standards set by customers
• Capable of working independently on vehicles and making decisions when required
• Excellent attention to detail

• Minimum 8 hours guaranteed per shift
