Bake Away in Corby is looking for an Engineering Team Leader to manage 4 engineers. Responsibilities include ensuring team readiness, balancing machinery maintenance, and conducting project work in a busy 24/7 manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have relevant engineering qualifications, strong leadership skills, and experience in a manufacturing setting. The position offers a flexible work schedule from 10 PM to 6 AM, 40 hours per week, with additional benefits including annual leave and a pension scheme.
