Corby Pay: £12.71 - £14.00 per hour (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent Are you an experienced Powder Coater looking to join a well-established and respected manufacturing business? Echo Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client in Corby for skilled Powder Coaters to join their growing production team.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role with a successful company that invests in its people and offers a supportive working environment. Working with a variety of metal products, you'll play a key role in ensuring components leave the production line with a flawless, durable finish that meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Prepare metal products for coating through cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface preparation. Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently. Apply powder coatings to achieve a high-quality, consistent finish. Carry out quality inspections to ensure products meet required specifications. Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean, organised, and safe. Follow all company health and safety procedures. Shift Pattern Training Period:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm Available Shifts (Fixed Shift): 6:00am 2:00pm or 2:00pm 10:00pm The successful candidate will work either the morning or afternoon shift, depending on business requirements and availability.
