Location: Corby

Shift: Night shift

Salary: £29,000 - £30,000

The Role

We re looking for a Night Shift Hygiene Operative to play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards across our Corby-based clients production facility.

Working nights, you ll ensure all equipment and production areas are cleaned thoroughly and ready for the next day s production.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning of production areas, machinery, and equipment in line with hygiene schedules
• Safely use approved cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment, including Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems
• Complete hygiene records and cleaning documentation accurately
• Ensure fillers, conveyors, belts, floors, and surrounding areas are cleaned to required standards
• Identify and report hygiene risks, spills, or contamination issues
• Support audit and inspection readiness
• Follow all health, safety, and food safety procedures at all times
• Ensure production lines are cleaned and ready for start-up the following day

What We re Looking For

• Previous experience in a hygiene or cleaning role (food manufacturing experience desirable)
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (training provided)
• Comfortable working night shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to follow procedures and use PPE correctly
