Interaction Recruitment is recruiting a Night shift Production Manager in Corby to oversee production on nights (4 on 4 off, 18:00–06:00). You will act as Responsible Person on shift, ensuring safety, quality, and target achievement while supporting staffing and audits in a food manufacturing environment.
The role requires 3–5 years in a similar supervisory position, strong leadership, and a commitment to GMP/BRCGS standards on a fast-paced production floor.
