Monday to Thursday: 10:00am - 6:00pm | Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm

We are recruiting a Production Operator to join a well‑established company in Corby that has been delivering high‑quality products for over 30 years. • Operating blending, mixing and other production machinery
• Picking and preparing raw materials from production instructions
• Manually loading raw material bags (up to 20kg) into machinery
• Palletising finished products and wrapping pallets ready for dispatch
• Using a Counterbalance FLT to move completed pallets into warehouse locations
• Completing production documentation and traceability records accurately
• Always following food manufacturing and health & safety procedures

• Have previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Ideally have experience in food production, machine operation, mixing, or processing roles
• Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (preferred)
• Are comfortable with manual handling duties
• Can work to production targets and follow detailed instructions
• Enjoy working as part of a small, supportive team

• £13.42 per hour
