Pertemps Northampton in Corby is seeking a Team Leader for a full-time, temp-to-perm role with a 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights. You will lead a Slice & Wrap shift, drive production plans, maintain quality standards and ensure safety and hygiene across your team.
In this hands-on leadership position you will coordinate staffing, monitor attendance, communicate with other shifts, and optimise output while upholding company policies and HACCP requirements.
