At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Corby. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of production efficiency and order accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• 06:00-18:00 / 07:00-19:00, any 4 days out of 7
• Overtime available during peak periods

• £12.71 hourly

• Own transport is required due to the site location

• Basic English level
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not essential
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

• Operate production machinery efficiently to meet daily targets
• Ensure 100% order accuracy while following strict food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures
• Produce, label, pack, and palletise products according to specifications
• Maintain clean work areas and adhere to site security protocols
• Support management and colleagues while working flexibly across departments
