Mix Room Operative

Hours:

Monday to Thursday 08:00–16:30, Friday 08:00–13:30 (Early finish Friday!)

Are you practical, hands-on, and precise? We are seeking a Mix Room Operative to join our manufacturing team in  this role, you will be responsible for preparing the raw materials that fuel our production line. You will carefully weigh, blend, and test materials to create the high-quality clay used by our injection moulding machines.

• Material Preparation:
  Select, measure, and weigh out specific powders and wax in strict accordance with the mix ticket instructions.
• Blending & Mixing:
  Follow exact recipes to mix materials together, creating the precise clay consistency required for production.
• Quality Control:
  Batch test each completed mix to ensure it meets strict quality standards before it goes to the factory floor.
• Machine Feeding:
  Empty the mixing tanks and transfer the prepared clay to fill the injection moulding machines.
• Housekeeping:
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the mix room.
