Warehouse Operative; Part-Time

ECHO Personnel is looking for reliable Chilled Line Pickers to join our client's team in Corby. The client is a well-established manufacturing and packaging company with a busy production and warehouse operation. The role will involve line picking in a chilled environment of approximately 6°C. This is a part-time opportunity, working Fridays and Saturdays. Flexibility is required, as start times can vary between 08:00 and 12:00, with shifts lasting 10–12 hours.

• Picking products from a production line
• Working efficiently in a chilled environment of approximately 6°C
• Checking products for accuracy and quality
• Preparing products for the next stage of production or dispatch
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets
• Carrying out general duties as required

• Previous picking, warehouse or production experience is preferred
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment
• Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods
• Good attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and procedures
• Reliable, hardworking and a good team player
• Flexible with start times
• Available to work both Friday and Saturday
• Able to work efficiently in a busy production environment

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
