The role

* Working with a team of 3 across at an asphalt plant

* Batching asphalt

* Operating the weighbridge

* Operating the loading shovel

* General site maintenance

* Mon
- Fri 5:30am to 4:30pm, every other Sat AM, and Sun/ Nights when required

What you need

* A positive attitude to work and keen to learn & develop

* Flexibility in terms of hours, days, and responsibilities

* A loading shovel ticket would be beneficial

* Any experience of asphalt, concrete, cement, aggregates etc, would be beneficial

* Experience of working in an environment where H&S is paramount
