Are you an experienced tooling professional looking for your next challenge? Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking a hands‑on Technical Supervisor to support our injection moulding operation and ensure tooling is maintained, organised, and production‑ready.

• Supervising and maintaining production tooling to ensure quality and reliability.
• Carrying out minor tooling repairs and coordinating larger repairs with technical engineers.
• Managing tooling records, locations, shot counts, and die store organisation.
• Supporting production teams with tooling, machine operation, and tool-setting training.
• Conducting tooling inspections, first-run checks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Working closely with Production, Planning, and Technical teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Previous experience with tooling processes and machine operation.
• Good understanding of health & safety and manufacturing best practices.
• Strong organisational skills with experience maintaining records and databases.
• Competent IT skills, including Excel.
• Forklift licence desirable.
• A proactive, team‑focused approach with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
