ECHO Personnelis recruiting2 x Multi Skilled Production Operatives (Warehouse) for a well-established food manufacturing business basedin Corby.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced warehouse and production professionals to join a reputable organisation, offering a permanent position within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role is ideal for candidates with FLT experience who are looking for a stable long-term career with excellent earning potential.
Salary:
Starting salary:£34,706 per annum
After successful probation:£40,831 per annum
Working Hours:
42 hours average per week Panama shift pattern:06:00 – 18:00 / 18:00 – 06:00, covering 7 days
- Operate production and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations
- Load, unload, move, and store materials using a forklift truck (FLT)
- Complete production tasks in line with company procedures and quality standards
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety requirements are followed
- Carry out checks to maintain product quality and minimise waste
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment
- Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and support continuous improvement
- Complete all required documentation accurately
- Valid FLT licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse experience (essential)
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (desirable)
- Food manufacturing experience (desirable)
- Good understanding of health & safety and workplace procedures
- Ability to work a rotating Panama shift pattern
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
- Permanent position
