Social Commerce Account Manager

The Role A fabulous opportunity for a Tik Tok Account Manager. You will have ownership and be responsible for this brand's Tik Tok shop channel, managing the day to day activity, operations, content planning and promotional execution, scaling affiliate partnerships, optimising product listings, analysing performance data and working closely with their live agency to maximise revenue. You will play a key role in shaping their Tik Tok Shop strategy and turning it into a significant revenue stream for the business.

Your Profile You will have some experience with Tik Tok Shop (brand or agency side), with an understanding of Tik Tok algorithm and audience behaviour, 2–3 years' experience in eCommerce, marketplace management or social commerce, experience managing affiliates or influencer partnerships.

You will have a strong commercial awareness and data-driven mindset - comfortable working with performance metrics and reporting tools, and be highly organised with strong attention to detail, and ability to work to tight deadlines. You will also be a confident communicator who can work cross-functionally and with external agencies and teams, whilst being proactive, adaptable and growth-focused. Confidence on camera, experience in D2C homeware or retail and experience of managing live shopping campaigns is desirable but not essential.
