Overview
Regional Sales Manager jobs role. Happy to train someone who is friendly, collaborative, loyal and ambitious.
£65m turnover, 600+ headcount, privately owned business.
Full training will be provided, but you’ll need a genuine interest in these industries (manufacturing, industrial, engineering, construction and agriculture).
Benefits£40,000 - £48,000 + car + 13% pension + profit share of £4,000 + private medical.
Requirements- Within 25 miles of Bedford, Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough region.
- Full driving licence.
- Experience as a BDM, account manager or sales person focused on account management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Loyal, friendly, collaborative and capable of building relationships based on trust and delivering on promises.
- Enjoys exceeding expectations and going the extra mile with customer care.
- Some B2B customer‑facing experience and interest in account management or area sales manager roles within the Bedford, Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough region.
- Knowledge of professional sectors connected to manufacturing, industrial, engineering, construction and agriculture is desirable.
