Aftersales Manager – Corby – Basic Salary - £40,000 OTE - £60,000 Company Car – Extensive Benefits Package –
Our client, a busy franchised dealership in Corby has the requirement for an experienced Sales Manager to lead their successful Sales department team.
Sales Manager Responsibilities- Inspire and drive the sales team forward
- Installing, and maintain processes
- Manufacturer reporting
- Stock management
- Marketing
- Maximising sales conversion and profitability
- Actively promoting Finance and Insurance related products
- Skilled at second facing customers
- Accounts Reviews
- Manufacturer & Supplier relationships
- Budgeting
- Staff Appraisals
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years Sales Manager
- Franchised Dealership Experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Basic Salary of £40,000
- On Target Earnings of £60,000
- Company Car
- Extensive Benefits Package
- 8:00-18:00 Mon-Fri
- 8:00 12:00 1 in 2 Saturdays
