We are looking for a Parts Advisor for our site in Corby. As a Parts Advisor , you will be responsible for ordering parts and consumables as well as storing and issuing parts to the workshop. This is an ideal role for a candidate with previous experience of working as a stock controller or parts administrator.

Duties will include but not be limited to :

B ooking goods into the system, cross-referring vehicle parts, liaise with the stock team to order required parts, completing stock checks both physical stock holding and system balances.

A nswer all email and telephone queries, complete weekly reports and all relevant paperwork, assist in the provision of quality administrative support to the workshop

Maintain all systems ensuring that adequate and appropriate records are created and maintained

Ensuring that work is carried out efficiently to ensure deadlines are met

Other ad-hoc duties

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (essential)

Previous experience within the automotive sector (desirable)

Computer literate with experience in using Excel (not essential)

Strong communicative skills – speaking, reading and writing (essential)

Excellent numerical and literacy skills
