Vehicle Smart Repair

We are recruiting for Vehicle Smart Repair in Corby, NN17 with immediate start.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Salary: £14.46 - £16.61 per hour

Duties:
. Polish new painted panels to remove dirt inclusions and ensure the overall finish matches the original factory finish.
. Repair windscreens, plastic components, and perform interior repairs to restore the vehicle to its original state.
. Remove scratches and correct minor paintwork imperfections using approved methods.
. Complete leather repairs, ensuring a seamless and high-quality result.
. Accurately complete all company documentation and follow all company procedures.
. Plan and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met and workshop efficiency is maintained.
. Assist in training new staff, offering guidance and support to help them develop their skills.

Requirements:
. Previous experience in a similar role (Bodyshop Technician, Smart Repairer, or Quick fix).
. Full UK Driving Licence.
. Willingness to support and mentor junior technicians, sharing expertise when necessary.
. Passion for the motor industry with a strong desire to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
. Ability to work independently, making decisions and carrying out tasks to a high level of detail.
. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
