Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client in Corby.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a valid counterbalance forklift licence, looking for a stable role within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position involves working rotating early and late shifts, Monday to Friday, and will be on a temp to perm contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a counterbalance forklift truck to move and stack goods within the warehouse.

Load and unload delivery vehicles as required.

Ensure accurate stock rotation and inventory control.

Assist with order picking and packing when needed.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Conduct daily checks on the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition.

Collaborate with the team to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements:

Must have a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).

Previous experience working with counterbalance forklifts within a warehouse or industrial setting.

Ability to work rotating shifts: early (6 AM – 2 PM) and late (2 PM – 10 PM).

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.

Own transport to get to the site due to shift times.

Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks when required.
