Job SummaryWe are looking for a candidate to work with our Corby-based client on a temp to perm basis.
This role is that of a Banksman and will involve an experienced person who acts as the driver's "eyes" to safely guide vehicles and machinery, like forklifts and trucks, in tight or low-visibility areas, using specific hand signals or radios to prevent accidents, protect pedestrians, and ensure efficient loading/unloading.
Responsibilities- Act as driver's eyes to guide vehicles and machinery safely.
- Use hand signals or radios to prevent accidents and protect pedestrians.
- Ensure efficient loading/unloading operations in tight or low-visibility areas.
- Physical fitness due to the very physical nature of the role.
- Experience as a Banksman preferred.
