Location: Corby, NN17 5ZB

• AM starts: £17.00 PAYE with holiday accrued – £19.05 inclusive of holiday pay
• PM starts: £18.00 PAYE with holiday accrued – £20.74 inclusive of holiday pay
• Saturday AM: £18.00 PAYE with holiday accrued – £20.74 inclusive of holiday pay
• Sunday & Bank Holiday: £19.50 PAYE with holiday accrued – £21.85 inclusive of holiday pay
• Estimated weekly pay (55 hours): PAYE £935 – Rolled up £1048
• Expected annual earnings: PAYE £48,620 – Rolled up £54,496

• Adhere to safe working practices to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
• When using curtain-sided vehicles, ensure all sides are safely strapped.
• Perform 2-3 deliveries a day, depending on geographical location.
• Make UK-wide deliveries averaging an 11‑hour shift per day.
• Use pallet truck when required and assist with deliveries involving pallets and cages.
• Secure the load of the trailer to minimise chances of damage.
• Provide excellent customer service and take ownership of customer issues on delivery.
• Carry out multi‑drop deliveries within the delivery window safely.
• Report any vehicle defects to the Transport Office as necessary.
• Maintain excellent customer‑facing awareness skills.
• Be a good timekeeper and work independently.
• Demonstrate an enthusiastic and reliable attitude towards delivering first‑class customer service.
• Show good communication skills and a flexible, can‑do attitude.

• Minimum 8 hours guaranteed per shift.
• Planned average 10‑hour shift.
• AM starts between 5am and 7am Monday to Friday.
• Overtime available on weekends periodically.

• HGV Class C+E Class 1 licence – minimum 24 months.
• Digi Tacho & CPC cards.
• Maximum 6 points for minor endorsements.
• Knowledge of driver regulations (WTD & Driver’s Hours).
• Good national geographical awareness.
• Excellent customer‑facing awareness skills.
• Good timekeeper and able to work unsupervised.
• Enthusiastic and reliable with a commitment to delivering first‑class customer service.
• Good communication skills and a flexible, can‑do attitude.
• Mandatory assessments – theory test, breathalyser, and on‑road assessment.
