Driver Debrief Clerk

The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK. The Staffing Network looking for a Driver Debrief Clerk for our esteemed client in Corby.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct end-of-shift debriefs with drivers to gather feedback, discuss incidents or delays, and confirm route completion
· Brief drivers at shift start, including route instructions, schedule, customer requirements, and safety protocols
· Verify driver licence validity and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
· Process delivery notes, POD documents, and associated transport paperwork accurately and within deadlines
· Record driver absences, escalating patterns of concern where required
· Monitor and input any non-conformance issues into the system for resolution tracking
· Liaise with the wider traffic and transport planning team to address any operational issues in real-time
· Support customer service engagement when needed, ensuring courteous and helpful interactions
· Maintain comprehensive logs and ensure secure handling of all documents and sensitive data Location
- Corby (NN17) Hours - 6am to 6pm (Start & Finish time can vary depending on schedule) Shifts
