We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Corby – Shared User site
.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse, helping deliver high‑quality service by completing customer orders to the highest standard.

This is a full‑time, permanent role
. You will be working Sunday to Thursday on the night shift, 22:00 – 06:00
.

• Accurately pick customer orders
• Load/unload vehicles using counterbalance and electric pump truck
• Work at heights to retrieve and store pallets
• Highlight any potential quality issues and report any accidents/incidents in a timely manner
• Work to a high standard of accuracy and productivity in all tasks
• Comply with agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment

• Warehouse experience and understanding of inventory processes
• Experience of driving MHE is desirable
• Team player with a “one team” mindset
• Flexible and adaptable to varied tasks and locations
• Positive, can‑do attitude with motivation to meet and exceed targets
• Computer literacy
