Warehouse Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy and fast‑paced distribution operation in Corby. Our client is seeking a motivated and organised individual to provide administrative and logistical support, ensuring the efficient day‑to‑day running of the depot. Working closely with the management team, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, customer service, and reporting activities.
The RoleSalary: £29,636.10 per annum

Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday Nights
Hours:
42.5 hours per week
Working Hours:
21:00 – 06:00
Pay Frequency:
Monthly

- Liaise closely with colleagues to understand customer and supplier requirements.
- Respond to and manage customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Support procurement activities as required.
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of records.
- Produce timely and accurate weekly and monthly management reports.
- Carry out general administrative duties to support warehouse operations.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the management team.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
