Warehouse Operatives

ECHO Personnel is seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our client s busy and professional logistics operation in Corby. Our client is a well-established logistics provider, offering reliable warehouse and distribution solutions to customers worldwide.

• Working within a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment
• Scanning packages using barcode scanners and warehouse systems
• Weighing parcels and completing quality checks to ensure correct labels and packaging
• Sorting packages into the correct categories and outbound areas
• Processing oversized and non-conveyable parcels manually
• Using laptops and warehouse technology to manage parcel information
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Preparing packages for shipping according to company procedures
• Moving stock and parcels using pallet jacks
• Recording damaged, rejected, or impaired items
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Achieving productivity and quality targets while following health and safety procedures

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling parcels
• Comfortable using basic technology such as scanners and computers
• Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards
• Physically fit and able to lift parcels up to 50lbs independently
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team

Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
