Warehouse Operatives - Picking and Packing

Day Shift: £13.54 per hour | Night Shift: £15.05 per hour

We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy, high-quality warehouse operation in Corby, supporting a well-established luxury food, gifting and retail business.

This is a great opportunity to work with premium products, including luxury biscuit boxes, wine and gift hampers, in a clean and organised warehouse environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately.

• Putting stock away in the correct locations.

• Palletising goods ready for dispatch.

• Maintaining a tidy and organised working environment.

• Following site procedures and health and safety guidelines.

No heavy lifting is involved
, as the products are primarily luxury gift boxes, biscuits, wine and hampers.

The role operates on a continental shift pattern, working 12-hour shifts.

• Pay: £15.05 per hour

The rota alternates over two weeks:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday.

• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

You must be able to commit to the full shift pattern and follow the rota provided by the on-site team.

Overtime opportunities are available and encouraged. Any additional shifts must be agreed with your shift manager in advance.

An additional bonus scheme is available for eligible candidates:

• 28 September–16 November: £50 accrued per week.

• 23 November–21 December: £100 accrued per week.

Bonuses are paid monthly, while wages are paid weekly.

To qualify for the bonus, you must:

• Attend all booked shifts.

• Have no health and safety concerns or conduct issues.

• Work a minimum of 34.5 hours per week, equivalent to three 12-hour shifts less the relevant unpaid breaks.

Bonus payments are subject to the scheme's eligibility requirements and applicable terms.

• Can commit to the continental shift pattern.

• Follow workplace procedures and health and safety standards.

Previous warehouse experience may be beneficial, but reliability, commitment and a willingness to learn are essential.
