Warehouse Team Manager Follingsby Park £37,028.36 per annum per annum (inc shift allowance) 4 on 4 off Continental Shift (12-hour days & nights) Permanent Position We are recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to join a well-established and growing business based in Follingsby Park. This is a permanent opportunity within a company that continues to expand year on year. This role is ideal for a Team/Section Manager with strong people management skills with experience gained within fast-paced warehousing, distribution or retail environments.

The Shift Pattern This Warehouse Team Manager role operates on a structured continental shift pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off 12-hour day shifts Followed by 12-hour night shifts This rota provides consistent rest periods while supporting a high-performing warehouse operation. Key Responsibilities As a Warehouse Team Manager you will:
Lead, motivate and manage a warehouse team Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives Conduct performance reviews and support staff development Plan and allocate labour and operational resources effectively Monitor operational costs and efficiency Ensure KPIs and daily targets are consistently achieved Promote high performance and a positive team culture Maintain excellent customer service standards What We're Looking For Experience

Required:

Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager or Logistics Supervisor Proven people management experience within a warehousing or distribution environment Personal Attributes:
Strong leadership and decision-making skills Self-motivated with resilience and drive Confident addressing performance and challenging behaviours where required Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines Adaptable and open to change Customer-focused approach Why Apply?
