Senior Psychologist, CF (Specialist) – Corcoran State Prison, Corcoran, Kings County. Position number:

Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Psychologist, Correctional Facility (CF) (Specialist) serves as the clinical systems expert and provides psychological consultation relating to the institution’s health care performance management programs and processes. The Senior Psychologist acts as an advisor to institution executives and liaises with the Statewide Quality Officer, Quality Management staff, statewide executives in various disciplines, other CQOs, and other stakeholder groups as appropriate.

• Recruitment and Retention Bonus may be available for clinicians newly hired with California Correctional Health Care Services.
• Individuals may be eligible to receive a $10,000 one-time recruitment and retention stipend if eligible, plus a potential monthly recruitment and retention differential during the first year (totaling $20,000) if criteria are met.
• California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS) employees may be eligible for a $5,000 referral bonus if selected for hire and remain employed for 90 days.
