Are you an experienced Diesel, Tractor, Agricultural, Heavy Equipment, or Fleet Mechanic looking for steady, hands-on work in California agriculture? A well-established Central Valley ag operation is hiring a skilled mechanic to keep essential farm equipment running during peak season.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues on tractors, harvest equipment, irrigation pumps, diesel engines, and heavy machinery.
• Perform field-service repairs and preventative maintenance at farm and field locations.
• Use diagnostic tools and computer software to identify equipment issues.
• Work independently while supporting a busy agricultural operation.

• Experienced Diesel, Tractor, Agricultural, Heavy Equipment, or Fleet Mechanics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling to field locations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills and A/C certification are a plus.

• Competitive pay: $22–$36 per hour, depending on experience.
• Full-time, direct-hire opportunity with long-term potential.
• Steady 45–60 hours per week during peak season.
