Electrician

Hire Up is seeking a skilled Electrician for a well-established agricultural operation in Corcoran, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician to work on a wide range of electrical and electronic systems, support equipment reliability, and play a key role in keeping operations running safely and efficiently.

In this role, you will install, repair, maintain, and improve electrical and electronic equipment, controls, and systems. You will work from diagrams, drawings, and specifications while helping develop updated systems and components to support ongoing operations.

• Install, repair, inspect, and maintain electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
• Modify and improve existing electrical systems, controls, components, and products.
• Assist in developing new or updated electrical and electronic systems.
• Diagnose issues, determine repair needs, and identify the appropriate materials and repair methods.
• Install and manage cables and wiring, including splicing as needed.
• Create or adapt parts to complete repairs and improve equipment performance.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Perform safety checks and report potentially hazardous electrical equipment to supervision.
• Instruct employees on safe work procedures when working with electrical equipment.
• Maintain accurate records related to electrical and electronic equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Electrician certification, licensure, or comparable qualification required.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles, systems, and design.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and follow complex diagrams, drawings, specifications, and written instructions.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and safety-focused.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software.
