The Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) is one of Georgia’s four health agencies serving a population of almost 10 million people. The Position:
Primary Care Office Supervisor – Primary Care Office & Farm worker Health program section within the State Office of Rural Health (SORH). The role is based in Cordele, GA (Crisp County), about 60 miles south of Macon.

• Supervise staff in the Primary Care Office and Farm worker Health program sections, ensuring services meet performance and quality expectations.
• Oversee performance of complex administrative duties and statistical, financial, or operational data analysis and reporting.
• Identify trends, discrepancies and variances to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Partner with other departments, divisions, outside agencies and vendors to address business issues.
• Provide high‑level support for projects, grants, contracts, implementation of procedures, and specialized functions.
• Assist with orientation guidance for new employees.

• Associate degree in business or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Four (4) years of experience related to the area of assignment, or one (1) year of experience at the lower level Business Support Analyst 3 (GSP
  132).
• Equivalent combination of knowledge, education, job or internship experience, training, or certifications that provides the necessary knowledge and skills may be substituted year‑over‑year.

The position is located in Cordele, GA (Crisp County), a rural community approximately 60 miles south of Macon on I‑75.
