We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team and provide high-quality care across two locations in the Cordele community.

We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about helping patients improve their communication, cognition, swallowing, and overall quality of life. Outpatient experience is preferred, and we welcome therapists who enjoy working with a variety of patient populations.

As an SLP with ITC, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other speech-language pathologists. You will encounter a wide range of diagnoses and have the opportunity to evaluate and treat patients with

• Speech and language impairments
• Cognitive-communication disorders
• Swallowing and dysphagia
• Airway disorders
• Clinical voice and resonance disorders
• Communication impairments across a variety of diagnoses and age groups

Responsibilities may include evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, administering speech and language therapy programs, monitoring progress, and collaborating with other members of the healthcare team.

Experience or competency with instrumental swallowing assessments, including Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS) and/or Fiber optic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES), is a plus.
