Maintenance Technician
Reports to:
Maintenance Specialist
Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour - Depending on experience
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for, but not limited to, preparing vacant units and routine and emergency maintenance of 100+ housing units.
Preferred Qualifications- Basic to intermediate plumbing, electrical, carpentry (when no license is required)
- Excellent people and communication skills
- One or more years of experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Certifications in Electricity, Plumbing, Carpentry, A Plus)
Candidates should contact the Cordele Labor Finder office at . The office is located at 2010 Central Ave Suite 10, Cordele, Ga. directly across from home depot.
The office will schedule an interview with the customer.
