The Sr. Accounting Analyst is a proactive leader in finance operations, responsible for designing, enhancing, and championing efficient, data-driven processes across the department. This role leads the development and adoption of tools and automation solutions, identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, and ensures reporting and analytics are timely, accurate, and insightful. With strong ownership and expertise, the Sr. Accounting Analyst operates with minimal oversight, acting as a subject matter expert and key contributor to strategic decision-making within the department.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEducation: Bachelor's degree in a business-related or technical field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience:
5+ years of experience in an analytical role within accounting or financial operations (A/P, A/R, G/L). Strongly preferred experience includes process improvement initiatives, automation projects, and ERP system usage and optimization.
Equipment/Software
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new system applications. Experience working with databases and exporting data to Excel.
