The YMCA of Memphis & The Mid-South seeks a full-time Leader Teacher to oversee early learning classrooms (Infant/Nursery, Toddlers, 3-4, 4-5) and ensure high-quality, developmentally appropriate instruction. You will collaborate with staff, coach assistants, communicate with families, and ensure safety and licensing compliance across the program.
Requires 21+ years, 12 college units in early childhood, 2+ years of teaching experience, DHS certifications, and ongoing STARS training.
