Pathways to Wellness is a compassionate and client-centered behavioral health practice serving children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. We are committed to delivering high-quality mental health care through individualized therapy, medication management, and integrative approaches. Our facility offers outpatient, IOP, and PHP services. We are seeking someone to help us facilitate groups and provide general counseling services.

Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic therapist to join our growing team as we pursue a federal contract. This position will collaborate with licensed clinicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide counseling services and support the delivery of quality mental health care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling services under the supervision of a licensed clinician
  • Conduct initial assessments and assist in treatment planning
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions
  • Assist in care coordination and referrals as appropriate
  • Support client engagement and retention through culturally competent and trauma-informed approaches
  • Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality following HIPAA and organizational policy
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree (or near completion) in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Eligible for clinical supervision toward licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) preferred
  • Experience working with diverse populations and behavioral health conditions
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer literacy
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
