Cordova Wellness & Rehab is seeking compassionate, reliable RNs to join our care team. If you're looking for a rewarding role in a team-driven environment, we want to meet you!

As a RN at Cordova Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include :

• Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
• Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
• Observe residents' conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
• Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

• Current unrestricted RN License for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR / BLS Certification
