Stepdown Registered Nurse - Cordova, Tennessee

• Minimum of 3 years of PCU experience without travel, or at least 2 years with travel experience.
• Active Tennessee nursing license or a compact nursing license valid at the time of submission.
• Residency at least 100 miles from the facility is required.
• Ability to manage and prioritize care in a high-volume patient care setting.
• Readiness for Return to Work (RTO) documentation to be submitted at time of application.

• Day Shift : 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (07 : 00 AM - 07 : 00 PM).

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to step-down unit patients requiring intensive observation and treatment.
• Monitor patient condition closely, identifying changes and intervening promptly.
