• Elite Deterrence: Maintain a high-visibility, professional presence to deter illegal activities and ensure the safety of personnel and assets at high-value sites.
• Access Control: Manage ingress and egress at facility checkpoints, verifying identification and enforcing strict entry protocols in accordance with federal and state standards.
• Patrol & Surveillance: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols; monitor CCTV and security systems to detect and report suspicious activity.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms and disturbances in a calm, professional, and paramilitary manner.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate, detailed Incident Reports and Daily Activity Reports (DAR) that meet agency and client standards.

• Licensing: Must possess a valid Tennessee Unarmed Security Guard License (active registration with the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance
  ).

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or a resident alien.
  • Must be of good moral character with no disqualifying criminal history (no felony convictions in the last 5 years; no misdemeanors involving violence, firearms, or theft).
• Training: Must have completed the state‑mandated 4-hour basic training course covering Orientation, Legal Powers, Emergency Procedures, and General Duties.
• Experience: Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is highly preferred to align with our paramilitary culture.
• Discipline: Ability to maintain a polished,
  police‑style uniform and adhere to strict grooming and conduct standards.
