Billing Clerk – Automotive Dealership

Responsibilities:

• Process and post vehicle sales transactions
• Review sales deals for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized deal files and records
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams
• Assist with reconciliations and month-end tasks
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous dealership billing or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership software (Dealer Track, CDK, etc. is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
