Job Title: Logistics Clerk
Location: Nettleton, MS
Shift: Morning Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Clerical / Transportation Administrative Assistant with prior experience in the trucking or transportation industry. This position supports daily office and logistics operations, including delivery scheduling, driver coordination, and accurate recordkeeping. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel, are required.

• Schedule and coordinate deliveries with drivers and customers
• Communicate with trucking personnel regarding delivery schedules and changes
• Prepare, maintain, and update transportation and delivery documentation
• Enter, track, and manage data using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and provide general office support
• File, organize, and maintain shipping and delivery records
• Assist with additional clerical and administrative tasks as needed

• Previous clerical or administrative experience required
• Experience with trucking or transportation scheduling is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
