This position supports customer inquiries for order lead time and order configuration change. Responsible for new orders and order change, make sure requests can be successfully received by order system.

• Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.
• Auditing order change requests from customers, evaluate acceptance of the order change request from a material, production plan, technical and logistics perspective.
• Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; providing feedback about lead time, planned timeline, order change, order reschedules, etc.
• Aligned customers order with Sales production plan to achieve the monthly goal.
• Primary contact with other departments department to manage sales and customer priorities.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Completes work accurately, checks outputs, and applies lessons learned to prevent errors.

Analytical Thinking: Defines problems, compares solutions, recognizes data patterns, and draws logical conclusions.

Data Gathering & Analysis: Collects, documents, and synthesizes relevant data to support objective decisions.

Demand Management: Supports demand planning, reporting, trend assessment, and issue resolution for products or sites.

Effective Communications: Communicates clearly, listens to feedback, and adapts messages to the audience.

Forecasting: Uses forecasting information and basic tools to estimate demand and production needs.

Planning and Organizing: Prioritizes assignments, estimates resources, and keeps work on schedule.

Problem Solving: Applies structured methods to identify, analyze, elevate, and resolve problems.
