** Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division (Reman) has an exciting opportunity for a Demand & Order Analyst located in our Corinth, MS facility.
** This position supports customer inquiries for order lead time and order configuration change. Responsible for new orders and order change, make sure requests can be successfully received by order system.

* Primary Responsibilities:

*** Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.
* Auditing order change requests from customers, evaluate acceptance of the order change request from a material, production plan, technical and logistics perspective.
* Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; providing feedback about lead time, planned timeline, order change, order reschedules, etc.
* Aligned customers order with Sales production plan to achieve the monthly goal.
* Primary contact with other departments department to manage sales and customer priorities.
