Operator Machines- Selmer, TN

TKO Staff Pros is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Machine Operator to support daily production operations in our Selmer, TN facility. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining steel-processing equipment to ensure accurate, efficient, and high-quality output. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial or manufacturing environments and is comfortable operating both automated and manual machinery.

• Operate steel-processing machinery such as angle lines, drill lines, robotic equipment, saws, and plasma cutting systems.
• Load, position, and secure raw materials according to production specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make routine adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, minor repairs, and equipment changeovers as needed.
• Inspect finished parts for defects, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with company safety policies.
• Follow production orders, blueprints, and work instructions with precision.
• Document production counts, machine settings, and any maintenance performed.
• Communicate equipment issues or production delays to supervisors promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of machine-operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and production documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and consistent production output.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
