Job Overview
Our Hourly Team Member role can encompass a range of responsibilities depending on your interest:
- Food Runner
:
Delivers orders to guests, refills drinks, responds to requests, adheres to sanitation and safety policies. - Busser
:
Prepares dining room, cleans tables & chairs, maintains settings, sweeps floors, adheres to sanitation and safety policies. - Dishwasher
:
Washes dishes, pots, pans, maintains dish area, cleans floor, handles trash, adheres to sanitation. - Prep Cook
:
Prepares foods per prep lists and manager directions, maintains quality and portion standards, cleans station. Adheres to sanitation. - Line Cook
:
Maintains prep areas, manages sanitation, reads orders, prepares quickly, ensures quality and quantity, adheres to sanitation.
