Maintenance- Selmer, TN

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Selmer, TN with strong experience in equipment repair, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems—specifically on forklifts and Combilift machines
. This role is essential to ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all material‑handling equipment within our facility. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety‑focused, and able to diagnose and repair complex issues with minimal downtime.

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair forklifts and Combilift machines, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance such as lubrication, filter changes, hydraulic servicing, and electrical system checks.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, wiring issues, sensors, charging systems, and control components.
• Service hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, and fluid lines to ensure proper operation.
• Repair or replace worn or damaged parts including brakes, tires, mast assemblies, batteries, and hydraulic cylinders.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure all equipment meets OSHA and company safety standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair documentation, and parts usage records.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime.
• Communicate with operators to understand equipment symptoms and prevent repeat issues.

• Proven experience in forklift or heavy‑equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and standard hand/power tools.
• High attention to safety, detail, and equipment reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical positions (standing, bending, kneeling).
