Production Associate- Burnsville

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Material Handler to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced distribution center environment. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in daily logistics operations by ensuring products are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, cranes, and RF scanners.

• Safely load and unload products from trucks and containers using appropriate material-handling equipment
• Operate equipment including pallet jacks, clamp trucks, cherry pickers, and cranes to transport materials throughout the facility
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production and shipping goals
• Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) while following all safety procedures
• Assist with inventory management by performing cycle counts and reporting discrepancies
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred
• Experience operating material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks, cranes, clamp trucks, or cherry pickers
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
