$35,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays — prime times for making sales!
• A passion for working outdoors and the freedom to be on the move rather than sitting behind a desk.
• A friendly, outgoing personality and a strong drive to succeed — persistence is key! (No experience needed — we provide paid training!)

• Total compensation (base + commission) expected your first year is $70,000 plus!
• No cap to your earning potential!
• We provide guaranteed commission ramp your first 3 months to give you time to launch; ($35,000 base pay with unlimited, generous commission structure.)
• Kick off your journey with paid, hands-on training and job shadowing to ensure you’re confident in your role.
• Get everything you need to succeed: a company laptop, business cards, Pavlov Media-branded apparel, an , and access to sales tools to ensure success!

• Be out in your community daily through in-person visits in your assigned communities. The majority of your time you will be going door-to-door, placing door hangers, making outbound calls, sending emails, leveraging local social media, building referral networks, and participating in local events like fairs and informational sessions — all while distributing marketing materials to create visibility and drive interest.
• Promote Pavlov Media’s internet services, focusing on both new customers and existing users.
• Build your reputation by making meaningful connections and developing a strong personal brand within your assigned territories. Your local presence will help you establish trust, generate leads, and become a go-to expert in your area.
• Know the competition. Stay informed about other providers and confidently highlight how Pavlov Media stands out as the top choice for connectivity and customer experience.
• Represent Pavlov Media at community events, trade shows, and city activities — often held during evenings, weekends, or holidays — to engage potential customers and spread awareness of our services.
• Offer light technical support to help resolve basic customer issues and enhance their overall experience with Pavlov.
• Stay organized and data-driven by tracking your efforts and results in our sales software, and regularly reporting progress to your manager with clear, concise updates.

• No prior sales experience required!

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
